My experience with kids has been wonderful. I was in care of my two niece for over 2 years when I moved in with my sister during my bachelor. who happened to be a nurse. Since her job was pretty much demanding (a nurse), it was my responsibility to pick up the kids from school which was a few kilometers from my Institution. We had several activities after school hours, I had them fed, do their assignments together and watched the cartoons provided they were really active during the course of treating their assignment. As kids enjoyed playing a lot, having candies and so on, this will be their reward eventually in such cases. Since my mom is a nurse and my elder sister, I am not new to first aid and CPR training though the training wasn't official. My teaching approach varies and actually depends on the student of interest. However, a particular one requires that I observed and study my student before putting a method in place. This has been a technique I found interesting and it has so far been positive.
